Private yoga instruction is a world beyond the typical yoga class experience. You spend 1.5hrs with the instructor, and cover any aspect of yoga that directly addresses your lifestyle and needs. Classes can be geared toward a more intellectual and information based session, or can focus more physically on specifically what your body needs. The unique aspect of a private yoga lesson is the attention to detail regarding your individual progress, as well as the ability to arrive more deeply into poses and meditations. After one private lesson you will have a wealth of new information and angles with which to approach your regular yogic training.
